#1 Time
Getting a full hour session with your family is great, but not everyone has that much time to give for a photo shoot. Mini sessions are usually 10-20 minutes long, the perfect amount of time for those of you with limited time or those of you with kids with short attention spans!
#2 Setting
For some mini sessions like fall, Christmas, back to school etc. photographers will have a specific set up with decor. Usually these shoots are more unique than your average photo shoot.
#3 Pricing
A lot of times mini sessions are more affordable. Photographers are doing multiple shoots in a day for short amounts of time so this allows them to charge less than they normally would.
